Role Customer Support Associate
Location– Sarita Vihar, New Delhi
Qualification– Graduation (mandatory)
Experience– 0- 1 Yrs. (Fresher preferred )
Opening – 10
Salary– 2.79 CTC (17.5k in-hand) fixed + shift allowance
Language-English, Oriya, Malayalam & Telugu
Roles & Responsibilities–
- Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Meet Customer service call handling quotas.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method and tools.
- Fluent Communication skills is utmost priority
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week off.
- Cab Facility will be provided only for night shift (odd hours)
- Candidate should be vaccinated and comfortable for WFO.
Note- Candidate must be available in Delhi as this requirement demands Immediate joining.
