Job Roles & Responsibilities :
We are hiring for the Customer Support Associate position wherein your Roles & Responsibilities would include answering premium Customer queries via Calls/ E-mail/ Chat channel & resolving the issues of the customers related to the Non- Technical Products and service Answering premium customer queries via Voice / Chat channel.
Establish relationship and trust with customer by ensuring qualitative service.
We follow a 6 Days working culture and are strictly looking forward to hire people who are comfortable working in Rotational Shifts i.e. Day/ Mid- Day or Night shifts.
