Job Role:
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
20 Days Training WFH post that WFO
Should have Laptop or Desktop with good internet connectivity
Required Skills:-
Basic computer knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Qualification: – Any Graduate/ Post Graduate Fresher/
Under Graduate with minimum 6 months experience in BPO.
Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years
Shift Timing: – Male– 24*7 shift (Any 9 hours)
Female – Morning 6.00 to 11.00 pm (Any 9 hours)
Salary:- 180000 Lac PA 13400 (in hand)
4k-5k Stipend in 25 Days of training
Mandatory language- Good in English, Hindi & Marathi
Work Location : Sharda Center, Behind Nal Stop, Erandwane, Kothrud
