Job Description:

• ON Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice Process
• Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via call
• Qualification: HSC / Diploma / Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply (Backlogs accepted)
• Should have excellent communication in English
• Should be fluent in Kannada or Hindi any one language is mandatory
• Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities
• Should have some basic knowledge about health care
• Fixed Day shift for female
• Rotational shift for male
• Cab will be provided for night shift only
• Work Location: Electronic city, Bangalore
• Experience: 0 to 1yr
• Salary: 2.2 LPA to 3.2 LPA + Incentives
