Team Leader / Delivery Manager / Data Maintenance
Job Description:
• Excellent understanding of Category Management and Strategic Sourcing • Experience of working as Shift In-Charge/Team Leader of Procurement and Procurement Operations process • Knowledge of Sourcing preferred • Experience of ERP (SAP, Ariba, Asset Manager, Sales Force etc. preferred) • Experience of managing domestic and international suppliers/customers • Mentor and Train new hires • Conduct Refresher training for the team • Create Standard Operating Procedures for work processes • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Profile Categories / Identify Opportunity • Select Sourcing Strategy • Conduct Sourcing Process • Develop and formalize sourcing approach (RFP, auction, etc.) • Negotiate and Select Vendor • Implement Solution (close event) • Ongoing Category Management • Provide Support For Sourcing Activities • RFx Management : o Request for Quote process – Preferred supplier listing to be verified, Quote request to preferred supplier, Quote Analysis, Seek Requestor and Sourcing Manager Approval on Quote
Qualifications :
BACHELOR OF ARTS, BACHELOR OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, BACHELOR OF BUSINESS STUDIES
