Entry Level Analyst – Regulatory Exam Management – Cybersecurity – USA
Assist in preparing weekly reporting on regulatory examinations and regulatory engagements for distribution to senior management.
Assist in internal tracking and reporting of regulatory examinations, requests, and meetings.
Assist in the production of documents and information to the regulators. This includes working with the relevant personnel in Global Technology and other functions to obtain information/documentation to respond to regulatory requests.
Support Regulatory Engagement Managers in onsite examinations, reviews, and requests by regulators covering Global Technology, including Enterprise Technology and Line of Business Technology.
Assist in the preparation of written responses to regulatory requests and examination reports.
Ability to work and attend meetings in offices located in New York City and Jersey City.
Entry level or one to two years of regulatory engagement experience in the financial services industry or related experience.
Relevant degree, coursework, or experience in technology and cybersecurity desirable but not required.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities. Detail oriented, self-starter with solid prioritization, planning, and time management skills
Sound judgment and an ability to make decisions quickly. Ability to develop strong analytical skills to conduct independent research, reach conclusions, and solve problems
Strong oral and written communication skills
Maturity and the ability to succeed in a dynamic, driven, fast-paced and open environment.
Bachelor’s Degree, or a similar degree.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint skills
