Roles and Responsibilities
- To make out bound calls following up on outstanding claims / accounts. (No Sales involved)
- Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders .
- Document and take accurate action on the information gathered from customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal) is Mandatory..
- Freshers & Experience Max 5 Yrs.
- Any UG/PG Graduation is mandatory. (without standing arrears)
- Willingness to work in fixed US Shift (Night shits).
- Preferred Immediate Joiners & Current Chennai location candidate.
