JOB DESCRIPTION:
To train individuals on Soft skills, conduct assessments to identify the gaps and impart neworrefersher trainings accordingly
(1.) Assess Behavioral Training Needs for the process and devise soft skill training procs
(2.) Deliver behavioral trainings as per the defined training calendar
(3.) Responsible for conducting Assessment and Development Centers across the process assigned with to understand the areas for neworrefresher training
(4.) Arranging refresher training every month covering all the employees in the process (5.) Map the impact of the training programs and report to Lead Trainer
QUALIFICATION:
B Tech, B.E, BE/B.Tech (Hons), BE/Btech/Beng(Hons), MCA
Technical Skills-Programming/Scripting Languages-Python
