Job Description:
Assist in Preparation of Annual Audit Plan and Operations Strategy.
Assist in conduct Audit as per Audit Plan on timely basis including adherence of SOP / DOP.
Document discussion with Management about audit observations, recording responses and comments with target timelines in the audit reports and Ensure that audit observations are updated upon finalization of audit reports.
Proper maintenance of all the audit working papers (Digital and hardcopy) and NFAs.
Ensuring all the requirements of MAG Manual (starting from planning an audit to report submission and other areas like MIS preparation etc.,) are compiled as and where required.
Internal audit coordination with in team, auditees and management.
Identifying areas of improvements in Manual/ SOP.
Assistance in preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and as when required presentation.
