Job description
Competencies:
- End to End corporate kyc experience includes clients onboarding, recertification etc.
- Knowledge of corporate clients Shareholding structure / related persons
- Good understanding of kyc related documents
- International KYC experience
1-3 yrs years of experience in KYC/AML/FATCA process
- Knowledge of KYC onboarding for personal and business entities
- Should be an excellent performer in the current process, take initiative in learning new processes from other clusters
- Ability to understand business requirements
- Knowledge of MIS
- Preferably Commerce graduate
- Excellent knowledge of MS office tools
- Good communication skills Both, oral and written.
- Flexibility 24*7 working environment
- Good understanding of the process and ability to conduct training/mentor new joiners
- Flexible in shift timings and effective coordination with the team during crisis 24*7 working environment & night shifts
- Ability to improvise the process which has direct impact on productivity and quality
- Ability to do audits for the work completed by the team
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver the required productivity and consistently meet the defined targets on a daily basis
- Ensure all transactions/tasks processed are in compliance with the agreed SLAs of the process in scope
- Ensure all the SLAs are met on a daily basis
- Get cross trained in multiple functions and work as per the business requirement
- Review all the KYC documents. Condition the file on the missing documents, discrepancies
- Ensure all process related documentation is updated efficiently and effectively
- Adherence to the defined KPIs and process requisites
- Organizational excellence No in-subordination & integrity issue
- Effective time management & leave planning without impacting the SLAs, no unscheduled/unapproved leave
- Adherence to the defined shift timings
- Work towards continuous improvement of the process through Process Improvement Initiatives
- Flexibility as per business requirement
