Production Coordinator – USA
Job Description:
Provides administrative support to US Production team to source and book talent
Enters all talent information into Studio databases including but not limited to availability, notes and photos
Provide support on editorial shoots with runner/assistant tasks
Keeps track of all talent contracts and paperwork
Organize production information for internal reviews
Identifies process improvements and opportunities and assistant with creating process materials
Supportd the financial tracking by assisting with invoicing.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in a production environment, handling admin and supporting on shoots
Organization and ability to focus on admin related tasks
Self-started with strong project management skills
Knowledge of industry and understanding of photo crew roles and responsibilities
Productivity focused and quick problem solver
Strong attention to detail
Ability to continuously manage multiple tasks
